1.1. By making any attempt to use the Site, or any part thereof, User agrees to be bound by the terms set forth hereunder.
2. Collected Data.
The data Team 3 collects may be comprised of both personal identifiable information (“PII”) and data which does not constitute PII (“Non-PII”).
3.1. PII provided by the User is mainly comprised of information User provides Team 3 with on the Site, mainly in the Site’s “Contact Us” sections, and may include information such as User’s first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, and field of interest.
3.2. User is not under any legal obligation to submit PII to Team 3. However, in case User chooses not to submit PII to Team 3, User may not be able to use the Services.
4. Data collected by Third Parties.
5.1. To facilitate and customize the User’s experience of the Services and to track User’s use of the Services Team 3 may utilize cookies and other industry standard technologies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a User’s computer for record-keeping purposes which contains information about that User. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but User may be able to modify its browser settings to decline cookies. Please note that if User declines or deletes these cookies, some parts of the Services may not work properly.
5.3. Team 3 uses Google Analytics. Please click on google.com/policies/privacy/partners/ in order to find out how Google Analytics collects and processes data.
6. Team 3’s Use of the Collected Information.
PII and Non-PII may be used by Team 3 and/or anyone on its behalf as follows:
6.1. For everyday business purposes, carrying out Team 3’s obligations arising from any contracts entered into between Team 3 and such User, and to providing such User with the Services;
6.2. Provide User with information about changes to the Services, or about other services Team 3 offers that are similar to such services that User has already used or enquired about and which might interest User;
6.3. For internal operations, including data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes;
6.4. To comply with legal, and regulatory requirements, security and processing requirements, and to respond to court orders and legal investigations; and
6.5. Otherwise with consent or as permitted or required by applicable law.
7. Sharing of Collected Information.
7.1. In the following cases Team 3 discloses, without prior notification, PII and/or Non-PII:
7.1.1. If required to do so by law, according to Team 3’s understanding of such law (including, but not limited to, in cases of court orders or subpoenas);
7.1.2. To verify the information obtained by Team 3;
7.1.3. To prevent or investigate suspected fraud, or any activity that Team 3 believes may be illegal or may expose Team 3 to legal liability;
7.1.4. Events involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or property, if Team 3 believes that User’s information in any way relates to that threat;
7.1.5. If Team 3 believes that User’s conduct on or in connection with the Services is inappropriate and inconsistent with generally accepted norms of behavior;
7.1.6. In addition, Team 3 may be required to disclose PII and/or Non-PII to relevant national, state and local law enforcement authorities, who may further disclose the PII and Non-PII;
7.1.7. In the event that Team 3, or any of its businesses, are sold or disposed of, whether by merger, sale of assets or otherwise, PII and Non-PII collected hereunder may be one of the assets sold or merged in connection with such transaction. PII and Non-PII collected hereunder may also be disclosed in connection with a commercial transaction where Team 3 or any of its businesses are seeking financing, investment, and support or funding.
7.2. It is clarified that Team 3 is under no obligation to exercise its rights hereunder and shall not incur any liability with respect to such exercise or lack of exercise of its rights.
8.1. Team 3 may also send User advertisements, as such term is defined in the Media Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982.
8.2. User can opt out of receiving these email communications from Team 3 at any time by using the unsubscribe link within each email, or by emailing Team 3 to have User’s contact information removed from Team 3 ‘s email list.
9. Access to Information.
9.1. Depending on applicable laws, each User may have the right to access PII and Non-PII held by Team 3 with respect to such User. Each User’s right of access can be exercised in accordance with the relevant data protection legislation. Any request for access may be subject to a fee to meet Team 3’s costs in providing such User with details of the PII and Non-PII Team 3 holds on
9.2. Team 3 will take reasonable steps to verify User’s identity before granting User access or enabling User to make corrections.
9.3. Team 3 will retain PII only for the time period required by the applicable law and will securely destroy such information thereafter.
10. Data Security.
Team 3 has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect any information Team 3 collects about User from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and any other form of unauthorized processing. User should be aware, however, that no data security measures can guarantee 100% security.
11. Preventing Identity Theft.
Each User is requested to pay attention and not to be misled by emails that appear to be from Team 3 and ask for PII. If User receives a suspicious email requesting User’s PII, User is requested to forward such email immediately to email@example.com.
12. Children’s Privacy.
The Services are not intended for use by minors. Team 3 will not knowingly collect PII and Non-PII from or market to children, who it positively knows are under the age of 18, without the consent of a parent or a legal guardian.
13. International Storage.
13.1. Each User is advised to be aware that PII Team 3 collects might be transferred to, processed and stored outside User’s jurisdiction, and that data protection laws in such jurisdiction where the information is collected stored and/or processed may differ from User’s jurisdiction. Each User hereby gives User’s consent to this transfer, processing and storage of User’s information outside its jurisdiction (e.g. outside the EU and/or the United States of America).
13.2. When transferring data from the EEA to Israel, Team 3 relies on the European Commission’s decision that Israel offers adequate data protection for transfers from the EEA. When transferring personal data from the EEA to the USA, Team 3 relies on the EU-US Privacy Shield.
